Welcome to Ray White Rotorua

Ray White Rotorua is a proud, locally-owned real estate agency dedicated to serving property owners, buyers, and investors throughout the vibrant Rotorua district and its stunning surrounding areas.

Our roots run deep. Originally established in September 2002 as Coopers Real Estate, our agency was built on a foundation of absolute belief, enthusiasm, and a determination to do real estate differently. Today, the agency is proudly owned and led by Anita Martelli and Tim O'Sullivan. Together, they have fostered an elite, award-winning team committed to providing exceptional service and tailored support to every single client who engages our agency.

Unmatched Local Knowledge & Sector Expertise

Rotorua is a unique and diverse market, and our team has the specialized expertise required to navigate it successfully. We aren't just salespeople; we are local advocates who live and breathe this community. We are widely recognized across the region for our excellence in:

Residential & City Homes: Helping families and investors find their perfect footprint in Rotorua’s distinct suburbs.
Lakes & Lifestyle Properties: Navigating the complex and prestigious lakeside markets and beautiful lifestyle blocks that define our region.
Rural & Regional Land: Offering expert guidance for commercial, farming, and expansive rural properties throughout the greater district.

By working seamlessly with our Ray White Ngongotaha village office, we offer clients the perfect blend: intimate neighborhood insight backed by major city-wide resources.

Your property gains premium exposure through cutting-edge media, top-tier digital marketing strategies, and access to a massive national and international network of buyers.
A Collaborative Approach: We function as a cohesive family. When you list with one of our agents, you get the combined strength, database, and dedication of our entire office.

Giving Back to Our Community: The Ray White Charity Garage Sales

We believe that being a leading local business means actively lifting up the community that supports us. We are incredibly proud of our regular Ray White Charity Garage Sales, held at the Ngongotaha Rail Park.

Fueled by amazing household donations from the local community and Ray White Rotorua's passionate team, these events are a true highlight for the region. Best of all, 100% of the proceeds go directly to vital local schools, clubs, and charitable organizations (such as Kaharoa & Ngongotaha Schools, St Chads, Age Concern, Wing Span, Rotary, Rotorua Breast Cancer and many community disability services, to name just a few). Whether it's funding a school initiative or helping buy a wheelchair-hoist minivan for a local charity, we love knowing our hard work stays right here in the community.
